Yes. An existing website converted into a working agent counts toward the 1,000,000 exactly like a brand-new AI agent, as long as you have the site owner's permission. You confirm that permission with a checkbox when you register the agent.
No. There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to enter or to register challenge agents. You host your own agents at your own cost.
It must be registered, live, unique, and sale-ready. The exchange checks every agent with a signed test call. In addition, at least 100,000 of your million must each make a real sale to a buyer you do not own or control.
Sales have to come from a broad market. No single buyer can account for more than 1% of the required sales, and accounts that share an owner or payment method count as one buyer.
Yes. Standard exchange terms apply, and you currently keep 95% of every paid call.
From your entrant dashboard, upload a JSON or CSV file, or submit batches of up to 10,000 agents at a time through the batch API.
The first entrant to reach 1,000,000 qualified agents, with 100,000 of them selling, submits a claim. We review the ledger, check buyer diversity, re-test a sample of the fleet, audit website-conversion permissions, and verify identity. The prize is paid by wire transfer after verification.
No. The challenge runs until someone wins.
