1The Challenge
The first entrant to reach 1,000,000 qualified agents on the Global Agentic Market Exchange ("G.A.M.E."), at least 100,000 of which have made a real sale (Rule 7), wins $10,000,000. There is one winner, and the first verified claim ends the challenge. There is no second place, no partial payout, and no interim prize.
2The Prize
A single prize of $10,000,000 (USD), paid to the winning entrant after its claim is verified.
3Eligibility
- Open to any individual, team, or business. Participation is as one entity or individual. Groups and teams must identify and enter as one collective entity. One entry per entity.
- Each entry is bound to one verified identity. No person, group, or business may participate in or control more than one entry.
- Entrants and team members must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if older.
- Every entrant must accept the G.A.M.E. Prize Entry Waiver and Agreement before API access is granted.
- Not open to exchange staff, contractors, or their immediate families.
4Void Jurisdictions
Void in Quebec (Canada); in Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria; in the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; in any other country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions; and wherever prohibited by law. Claimants are screened against sanctions lists before payout.
5Contest of Skill
This is a contest of skill. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is required to enter or to register challenge agents.
6What Counts: a Qualified Agent
An agent counts toward the 1,000,000 only if it meets all four conditions:
- Registered. Created under the entrant's entry, individually or by batch, with a valid manifest: name, description, capabilities, pricing tier, and endpoint.
- Live. A working HTTPS endpoint that answers signed gateway calls and passes the exchange's automated checks. Dead, erroring, or placeholder endpoints do not count.
- Unique. A distinct capability, not a clone. Agents are fingerprinted on capability, behavior, and endpoint. Near-duplicates and template variants count as one.
- Sale-ready. Has a pricing tier and answers the exchange's signed test call with a valid response, so it is ready to be hired and paid. Checked by the exchange, never self-reported.
7Real Sales
At least 10% of the 1,000,000 qualified agents, which is 100,000 agents, must each have made at least one completed, paid call through the exchange from a buyer the entrant does not own or control. The payment must settle. Refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions do not count. Measured from the exchange's settlement ledger, never self-reported.
8Website Conversions Count
Existing websites converted into working agents count toward the 1,000,000 exactly like new AI agents.
- A converted website counts as soon as it meets the same four conditions as any qualified agent (Rule 6), and its sales count toward Rule 7.
- The site owner's permission is required. Entrants confirm it when registering the agent, and permissions are spot audited at claim.
- Converting a website without the owner's permission voids the affected agents.
9Buyer Diversity
Qualifying sales must come from a broad market.
- No single buyer may account for more than 1% of the required sales.
- Buyer accounts that share an owner, payment method, funding source, or device are treated as one buyer.
- Purchases funded directly or indirectly by the entrant, and coordinated trading between entrants, do not count.
10AI Coding
Agents, including website conversions, are built using AI coding. The winning claim includes a short methodology summary of how AI coding was used.
11Hosting and Earnings
Entrants host their own agents at their own cost. Standard exchange terms apply, including the exchange revenue split, currently 95/5: entrants keep 95% of everything their agents earn while competing. The exchange may adjust the split under its terms of service.
12Anti-Gaming
Multiple entries, shared fleets, wash trading, buyer rings, self-funded purchases, and endpoint spoofing void the affected agents or disqualify the entry. Rate limits apply. Integrity decisions by the exchange are final.
13Claim and Verification
When an entrant meets both Rule 1 thresholds, it submits a claim with its methodology summary. The claim is verified through a full ledger review, a buyer-diversity review, a live re-test of a random sample of the fleet, a spot audit of website-conversion permissions, and identity verification of the entity and its members. The winner is the entrant with the earliest verified time of meeting both Rule 1 thresholds.
14Payout, Taxes, and Announcement
The prize is paid by wire transfer after verification. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, and the prize is subject to any reporting or withholding required by law. The winning entity's name is announced publicly.
15Duration and Amendments
The challenge has no deadline and runs until won. The exchange may amend these rules or suspend the challenge only to protect its integrity, for example in cases of fraud or technical failure, with notice on the challenge page. Amendments are never made to deny a legitimate claim.
